Specialist in urban e-bikes for two decades
NEOMOUV is a French company of electric bicycles (VAE) located in the Pays de la Loire, in La Flèche. We have colourful and innovative bikes, from urban to mountain bikes through VTC and folding, for all tastes and needs! Specialists in designing urban e-bikes since 2003, our goal is to democratise electric bike use and change mentalities by promoting e-mobility.
Located in the heart of the Sarthe, we occupy a site of 8 hectares, including the head office and offices, workshops, and warehouse, as well as a design office dedicated to researching and developing your future electric bike.

A pioneer in new mobility, NEOMOUV developed its first electric bike in 2003 with a steel frame, a lead-acid battery and an engine. Twenty years of research and development in the field of cycling and electric have allowed us to build a range of accessible, high-performance, reliable and connected bikes: this is the NEOMOUV bike of today!
The NEOMOUV story has been embodied since 2009 by Philippe VAXELAIRE, its president. To date, we are thirty highly motivated employees who combine our know-how and creativity to accompany you daily in all your travels with colour and good humour. We have national and international offices in Great Britain, Spain and Portugal and intend to continue our development in new countries.

UNIBIKE acquisition
On 06/06/2023, we announced the acquisition of 80% of the capital of UNIBIKE, our long-standing partner in Portugal, a bike manufacturer with expertise in painting and assembly.
This collaboration offers us exceptional opportunities for growth and innovation in the booming ebike market.
UNIBIKE is an established company located in Soza, at the heart of the Bike Valley in Portugal, renowned for its expertise in painting, assembly, and industrial development in the cycling industry. It was founded by Sergio Ramos, an entrepreneur passionate about bicycles and painting since 1990. UNIBIKE operates one of the most modern factories in Europe, which was commissioned in 2021. The facility is equipped with automated painting lines for powder, liquid, and carbon painting processes. Its operators are experts in applying water-based stickers under varnish upon request. The accumulated expertise in these areas over more than 30 years is trusted by major international brands. The manufacturing facility meets high environmental standards
and has the capacity to assemble up to 250,000 electric bikes per year.
